People who suffer from coeliac disease or any other type of allergy or intolerance that prevents them from consuming gluten can safely enjoy the wine tourism activities offered at Avgvstvs Forvm in the Penedès. The winery near Tarragona has obtained the accreditation of the Coeliac Association of Catalonia for two of the experiences we propose for the discovery of our estate: the Gastronomic Visit and the Cheese Tasting.
Entre Among the measures that have made this adaptation possible, we would like to highlight, firstly, that we offer gluten-free bread and that we guarantee that all the products served to people with coeliac disease during the gastronomic tastings of the wine tourism visits are gluten-free. In addition, we ensure that cross-contact in the kitchen is avoided during the entire process of preparation, storage and service, thus offering a truly safe experience for people with coeliac disease.

All the dishes that we serve on our visits to the Degvsta winery and the Degvsta gastronomic space are adaptable for people who cannot consume gluten. In fact, most of the ingredients we use are already gluten-free, but we will continue to make progress in order to make eating at Avgvstvs Forvm an even more comfortable and safer experience for people with coeliac condition.
