True to this philosophy of a family-run winery deeply rooted in El Vendrell and rich in history, we are thrilled to announce the signing of a new collaboration agreement with the El Vendrell Community Rehabilitation Service, managed by the Institut Pere Mata.
This alliance was born with the clear purpose of offering new opportunities for social inclusion, learning, and recovery through direct contact with nature and working in the vegetable garden.
The Institut Pere Mata is a specialized health care facility that offers various psychosocial rehabilitation therapeutic tools to individuals experiencing functional challenges derived from mental health conditions. Its main objective is to facilitate the social inclusion of these individuals, encouraging their participation in recreational, educational, and vocational community activities.
Thanks to this agreement, and within the framework of the center’s rehabilitation program, we are opening the doors of our lands in El Vendrell to provide the necessary physical, educational, and rehabilitative setting. In this way, users who wish to participate (and whose abilities allow it) will be able to put into practice, in a real and community-based environment, the skills and knowledge they have acquired over time, thereby improving their personal journey.
We are incredibly proud to collaborate selflessly by ceding our lands and sharing our knowledge to help improve the autonomy, social inclusion, and social acceptance of the people in our community.
The agreement takes shape through active collaboration in a vegetable garden located on our premises. The activity will take place for two hours a week and will be closely coordinated with our resident farmer.

The agreement has an initial term of one year and will be automatically renewed for successive annual periods, thereby consolidating a long-term alliance for the benefit and social inclusion of the users of the Community Rehabilitation Service.
At Avgvstvs Forvm, we are delighted to begin this collaboration with the Institut Pere Mata and to share our daily life on the land with all the users who will take part in this project.
