At Cellers Avgvstvs Forvm, we are passionate about bringing the flavors of our land to every corner of the world. For this reason, we are especially thrilled to share with you the success of our latest international venture: our participation in the Festival de Catalunya (Catalonia Festival) in Mexico, a top-tier gastronomic activation that took place throughout the entire month of May 2026.
Although we have been present in the Mexican market with our FORVM products for over 20 years, collaborating on this initiative alongside Prodeca and PRISSA has given us an exceptional boost, further strengthening our consolidation. Our FORVM gourmet vinegars were part of a carefully curated selection of products that captivated the Mexican consumer’s palate, solidifying our presence in one of Latin America’s most demanding and promising premium markets.
To make a deployment of this magnitude possible for FORVM, we relied on the support of two key institutions that share our commitment to quality and excellence:

Under the Catalan Food seal, a total of 24 leading Catalan companies traveled to Mexico to promote over 100 high-end products. These showcased the very essence of our land’s wines, cavas, vermouths, preserves, and, of course, oils and FORVM vinegars.
PRISSA’s stores and restaurants dressed for the occasion with an exclusive visual identity. Mexican consumers enjoyed an integrated experience that went far beyond a simple purchase, thanks to tasting sessions and gastronomic corners where they could experience firsthand the value of Catalan cuisine and tradition. Our FORVM vinegars stood out as an essential ingredient to elevate any gourmet experience.

The results of this campaign could not be more positive. The festival generated an spectacular media impact in Mexico, reaching nearly 25 million people through digital press, lifestyle magazines, and social media under the hashtag #CatalanFood.

However, the most significant impact was felt right in the stores:
Mexico has reaffirmed itself as a market full of opportunities for premium food and beverages. As the final assessment of the festival beautifully concludes: “Catalonia is moving from being a category of discovery to becoming a commercial platform with a bright future.”
From Forvm, we would like to thank Prodeca and PRISSA for their trust, and above all, the Mexican consumers for opening the doors of their kitchens to our winemaking legacy. ¡Gracias, México!
