At Restaurant Degvsta you can discover recipes and gastronomic proposals that modernise the flavours that the Roman Apicius already described in his works more than 2,000 years ago. Modern and surprising dishes that, based on Roman ingredients and conservation techniques, have been developed in a creative and innovative way by the prestigious chef Jordi Guillem.
