NEW SPRING-SUMMER DISHES ON THE DEGVSTA MENU

With the arrival of March, we at Avgvstvs Forvm are very excited to announce the release of seven new dishes that will enrich the Degvsta menu. This new season is packed with fresh and innovative flavours, designed to offer an unparalleled dining experience in an idyllic setting. In addition, this year marks an important milestone in our trajectory, as we celebrate four years since the opening of Degvsta.

Would you like to know what new proposals we have prepared for this season at the Degvsta? This spring-summer, the Degvsta is renewed with a selection of dishes designed to surprise the palate and highlight the quality of our wines and vinegars. In addition, we are celebrating four years of gastronomic excellence, a path that has led us to consolidate our position as a reference in the region. That is why we want to share with you this evolution with renewed flavours and unique experiences.

The new dishes for the spring-summer season have been conceived with the same philosophy that defines us: a thoughtful cuisine, worked with dedication and inspired by our passion for our wines and vinegars. Each creation is an opportunity to show how these products can enrich and transform flavours, creating memorable culinary experiences. These are the new flavours of the Devgsta:

  • Brioix bread with marinated Avignon ral loin, tartare and gherkins
  • Clams in green sauce of Forvm Chardonnay and Avgvstvs Primer Blanc
  • Salmon Carpaccio, broad bean vinaigrette, guacamole and olives
  • Bacon and pork chop with sweet and sour sauce of Forvm Cabernet and pickled onions

This selection has been created with the aim of elevating the gastronomic experience of the Degvsta, while maintaining the quality and authenticity that characterise us.

FOUR YEARS OF THE DEGVSTA

On the other hand, this 2025 we celebrate the 4th anniversary of Degvsta, a venue that has become a gastronomic reference in the region. Throughout these years, we have established a loyal clientele that has made our restaurant a meeting point for meetings, events and special celebrations. The combination of an idyllic setting surrounded by vineyards and a culinary offer paired exclusively with our Avgvstvs wines and Forvm vinegars has been key to this success.
