We are proud to once again receive the Biosphere certificate. With this prestigious seal, our winery in the Penedès is distinguished as a safe tourist destination that is in line with the sustainable development objectives of the United Nations Agenda 2030. These are objectives that we have always taken into account and which form the basis of everything that is Avgvstvs Forvm.
Our philosophy has always been based on a commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment as fundamental principles, which in recent months we have strengthened with the incorporation of new sustainable techniques such as Mulching and the recent incorporation of the Meteorological Station. From the production of high-quality wines and vinegars to the offer of wine tourism experiences in the Penedès, Avgvstvs Forvm is committed to promoting responsible practices and raising awareness of the importance of conserving our natural environment.
The renewal of the Biosphere seal reaffirms our commitment to promoting sustainable development and indicates that we are on the right track to generate a positive impact on society and the environment, improving our international positioning.
It also reinforces our determination to protect the future of our territory and the Baix Penedès wine sector. These objectives are essential in our daily work of making Penedès wines and Forvm bittersweet vinegars.

The Biosphere seal is a pioneer in the recognition of sustainable tourism at a global level. Established in 2017 by the Barcelona Provincial Council, the Institute for Responsible Tourism (ITR) and the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, it responds to the growing concern of travellers for the sustainability of the places they visit.
