Burrata and cherries with Forvm Merlot

Today, a super simple dish that will not take you more than 15 minutes to prepare. Many thanks to Raul Gil for the recipe and the photo!

Ingredients
8 cherry tomatoes on the vine
Thyme sprig
Burrata
Pesto sauce
1 glass of white wine
Hazelnuts
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Forvm Merlot vinegar

ELABORATION

  1. Clean the branch cherrys, sauté them in a non-stick pan until they are a little golden brown and add a good dash of Forvm Merlot vinegar.
  2. Add a sprig of thyme and let it reduce to form a wonderful sweet and sour sauce.
  3. Open the burrata and arrange the cherrys with the sauce on top. Finish with a pesto (like the one Raúl already made here). Some hazelnuts from Reus will end up embroidering the plate. To enjoy!
