ELABORATION

From simmered Forvm Chardonnay or Forvm Cabernet Sauvignon and Forvm Merlot a tasty reduction with concentrated flavours can be obtained. This reduction caramelizes easily and becomes an ideal sauce to decorate and perfume a wide range of dishes without mask their own taste.

Importantly, all of the vinegar used for the reduction, we get 1/3 of this volume in the form of reduction.

During the reduction process, Forvm Chardonnay increases its golden colour and Forvm Cabernet Sauvingon takes a beatiful dark ruby colour.
