Ingredients
1 kg mussels
200 gr blue cheese
2 leaves of basil
Vinagre Forvm Chardonnay

ELABORATION

  1. We put the mussels in the cooking pot.
  2. Cut the blue cheese, and add it to the mussels.
  3. Add a splash of Forvm Chardonnay vinegar and basil leaves.
  4. Make sure that the pot is properly covered, to concentrate steam. Let cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Bon Appetite!
